Underground Sewer Pipes Keep Backing Up? Our Trenchless Pipe Lining Technology Restores Drains For 50+ Years, Without Excavation!

If your property is located in Deerfield Beach Florida and it is experiencing repeated drain backups, then the problem is being caused by cast-iron pipes! All properties built before 1972 have cast iron pipes under the slab. Over time, corrosion at the bottom of the pipe causes it to become thinner and thinner, until a long crack forms. As the crack becomes wider, debris gets stuck on the serrated edges of the pipe. Each backup typically costs between $200 to $500 to resolve, and after multiple backups, typically a plumber will video inspect the pipe and recommend that it has to be replaced. The traditional way to do that is to dig under the house from the outside, or to dig through the concrete floor on the inside of the house. Both ways, it takes about 2 months to do, and for a 2000 square foot house, will run between $40,000 and $70,000.

AVOID Excavation through slab to replace cast-iron drains. Trenchless sewer drain replacement lasts 50+ years

This 50-year warranty pipe lining stops backups permanently

However, our trenchless pipe lining technology can restore those pipes from within, and has a 50+ years life. It takes about four days to install, and the homeowner can stay in the property the entire time and use the plumbing almost all the time. Once our process is complete, we make a video recording of every lined pipe, and upload them online, and email the property owner the links to the videos along with their 50-year transferable warranty. This is not a new technology, it has being around since 1998, and we have been saving  400 or so properties per year since 2004. We also install this trenchless pipe lining in high-rise buildings where are the vertical drain stacks or the vertical rain drains have corroded and cracked. All the work is done from the rooftop and the tenants are not inconvenienced in any way.

We do free estimates in Pinecrest every Tuesday and Wednesday, and it takes about 15 minutes at the most to take measurements and we give you the quote immediately.

Here Are The 2 Common Technologies Used As Of 2020 To Rehabilitate/Repair Underground Cast Iron Drains Without Excavation

Benefits Of Trenchless Pipe Lining

  • No digging through your floors
  • Much less expensive – pipe relining costs about 50% less than excavation
  • Save your tile, wood, or marble – it’s usually impossible to find matching floor surfaces that were installed decades ago
  • Stay in your home, not a hotel – pipe relining is done from outside, so you can stay in your residence
  • Speed – pipe lining takes 1 day, not months as for pipe replacement by excavation
  • The plumbing can be used during installation except for 3-4 hours a day

How Is It Installed, And What’s The Cost In Miami-Dade County?

From outside your property, we open the pipe, clean out the rust, scale, and roots, and then install a new “pipe liner” or sleeve which has been saturated with a self-hardening epoxy resin. The liner contains a balloon which is inflated for 3 hours while the resin becomes rock-hard. Then the balloon is removed and a video inspection is performed to ensure correct installation. The pipe is put back into use immediately. A 2,000 square foot house would cost about $17,000 to re-line. Learn more pipe lining installation details here.

How Strong Is The Pipe Lining?

The pipe liner is a fabric tube made of polyester which is then “wet out” with a 2-part epoxy resin which is mixed together in a certain proportion. In about 30 minutes resin heats up by itself to 180 degrees Fahrenheit due to an exothermic chemical reaction and becomes rock hard.

The resulting new inner pipe liner is so strong that it is a stand-alone pipe, not needing the old exterior pipe for structural integrity. The liner is designed to go under load-bearing footers, roads, driveways, etc.
