Miami pipe lining service-Sewer Repair Lasting 100 Years! – By Hugo Forster

Miami pipe lining service announces over 1 million feet of sewer pipe repair completed

Trenchless pipe lining in Miami has installed over 1,000,000 feet of sewer pipe liner since the company’s inception in 2002. Sewer pipe lining is an inexpensive and permanent way to repair drains in Miami. Many homeowners have learned that instead of digging up their homes and pulling out concrete at cutting out the old cast iron pipes, the drains can be restored for 50 years without excavation. Here is how the process works:

How does the Miami pipe lining service work?

First the pipe is inspected with a sewer a video camera. This is done to obtain length of what be piped lining material is going to be. The next step is to clean the pipes using a hydro jetter which uses high pressure water to remove all the sand and rust. Sometimes a strong cable machine such as a K60 sewer cleaning auger has to be used to remove the old scale inside the sewer drains. Then the Miami pipe lining service prepares the long tube of pipe lining material by impregnating it with an epoxi resin which hardens by itself in about 4 hours.

Then the lining is pulled into the pipe from the outside of the house through a toilet on the inside of the house which is replaced at the end of the day. The pipe lining stock is inflated for 4 hour and thereafter the internal balloon called a calibration tube is removed.

The video inspection camera is put into the newly lined pipe one more time to make an “after” video for the customer. The lining comes with a 50 year warranty and costs about half as much as pipe excavation floor removal, concrete replacement and hotel accommodation would cost. Pipe lining also saves the the inconvenience of having to move out of your condo or your house.
