Our Pipe Lining Has A 50-Year Warranty!

All homes in Miami Dade County built before 1972, have cast iron drain pipes under the slab. Over time, the bottom of the pipe corrodes and becomes so thin that a crack forms that has serrated edges. That causes toilet paper and other debris to get stuck, which in turn causes repeated backups into toilets, showers, and bathtubs.

To replace these cast iron pipes the old-fashioned way by excavation methods, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, destroys all the floor surfaces, and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and costs $50,000 to $75,000.

On the other hand, our trenchless pipelining technologies can restore those pipes within three to 4 days without any digging, and only costs about $17,000 for the typical 2000-square-foot home, and comes with a 50-year warranty!

Must Watch! The 2 Common Technologies Used As Of 2023

Most homes in the Pinecrest area of Miami were built before 1972. Back then, cast iron pipes were the only choice for underground plumbing. But water corrodes the bottom of the pipe, which eventually forms a crack that catches on debris which causes repeated backups. These homes have to get new plumbing installed. The old-fashioned way is to excavate through the floors or dig under the house to install new PVC plumbing. However, our pipe lining technologies can restore these pipes for a minimum of 50 years without any excavation.

All the work is done from the outside of the house and it usually takes about four days for a 2000 square foot house. To excavate the house and replace the plumbing would typically run about $50,000 and new kitchen cabinets have to be installed and all the floors have to be resurfaced with new tile etcetera. Our trenchless pipe lining process only takes about 4 days and comes with a 50-year warranty. The homeowners do not need to leave the home, and the plumbing can be used all the time except once a day in the middle of the day for about 4 hours. Over the last 16 years, a large portion of the 400 or so homes that we save is in Pinecrest and surrounding areas like Kendall and Coral Gables. Pipe lining cost about 40% as much as excavation and pipe replacement.

We do our estimates in Pinecrest every Tuesday and Wednesday, it takes about 15 minutes at the most to take measurements and we give you the quote immediately.

Benefits Of Trenchless Pipe Lining

  • No digging through your floors
  • Much less expensive – pipe relining costs about 50% less than excavation
  • Save your tile, wood, or marble – it’s usually impossible to find matching floor surfaces that were installed decades ago
  • Stay in your home, not a hotel – pipe relining is done from outside, so you can stay in your residence
  • Speed – pipe lining takes 1 day, not months as for pipe replacement by excavation
  • The plumbing can be used during installation except for 3-4 hours a day

How Strong Is The Pipe Lining?

The pipe liner is a fabric tube made of polyester which is then “wet out” with a 2-part epoxy resin which is mixed together in a certain proportion. In about 30 minutes resin heats up by itself to 180 degrees Fahrenheit due to an exothermic chemical reaction and becomes rock hard.

The resulting new inner pipe liner is so strong that it is a stand-alone pipe, not needing the old exterior pipe for structural integrity. The liner is designed to go under load-bearing footers, roads, driveways, etc.
