These pipes rust the fastest along the bottom, eventually forming a crack with serrated edges, that catch on debris, that causes repeated backups. We can install a new inner pipe lining that has a 50-year warranty. Installation takes about 3 days, and there is no excavation involved.

Our Pipe Lining Has A 50-Year Warranty!

Over time, the bottom of the pipe corrodes and becomes so thin that a crack forms that has serrated edges. That causes toilet paper and other debris to get stuck, which in turn causes repeated backups into toilets, showers, and bathtubs.

To replace these cast iron pipes the old-fashioned way by excavation methods, typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, destroys all the floor surfaces, and the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and costs $50,000 to $75,000.

On the other hand, our trenchless pipelining technologies can restore those pipes within three to 4 days without any digging, and only costs about $17,000 for the typical 2000-square-foot home, and comes with a 50-year warranty!

Why Is Trenchless Epoxy Pipe Lining So Popular in Naples, FL?

  1. Minimal disruption: Trenchless epoxy sewer pipe lining allows for the repair or replacement of sewer pipes without the need for extensive excavation. This method involves inserting a flexible liner coated with epoxy resin into the existing pipe, which is then inflated and cured to form a new, durable pipe within the old one. This eliminates the need for digging up yards, driveways, or roads, minimizing disruption to the surrounding area and reducing the time required for repairs.
  2. Cost-effective: Traditional methods of sewer pipe repair or replacement often involve significant excavation, which can be costly due to the labor-intensive nature of the process and the need for restoring the affected areas afterward. Trenchless epoxy pipe lining eliminates much of this expense since it requires minimal digging and reduces the time needed for repairs. The overall cost savings make it an attractive option for property owners.
  3. Durability and longevity: Epoxy pipe lining creates a seamless, jointless pipe within the existing one, effectively eliminating common issues such as root intrusion, leaks, and corrosion. The epoxy material used is highly durable, resistant to chemical and environmental factors, and can have a long lifespan, providing a reliable solution for sewer pipe rehabilitation.
  4. Preservation of landscaping and structures: In areas like Naples and Marco Island, where properties often feature beautiful landscapes and well-maintained structures, preserving the aesthetics and integrity of these properties is crucial. Trenchless epoxy pipe lining helps to protect landscaping and structures, as there is no need for extensive excavation that can damage the surrounding areas or disrupt the existing structures.
  5. Environmental benefits: Trenchless epoxy sewer pipe lining is considered an environmentally friendly solution compared to traditional excavation methods. By minimizing the need for digging and reducing construction waste, this method helps to reduce the carbon footprint associated with sewer pipe repairs or replacements. It also minimizes the risk of soil contamination and disturbance to local ecosystems.

How Strong Is The Pipe Lining?

The pipe liner is a fabric tube made of polyester which is then “wet out” with a 2-part epoxy resin which is mixed together in a certain proportion. In about 30 minutes resin heats up by itself to 180 degrees Fahrenheit due to an exothermic chemical reaction and becomes rock hard.

The resulting new inner pipe liner is so strong that it is a stand-alone pipe, not needing the old exterior pipe for structural integrity. The liner is designed to go under load-bearing footers, roads, driveways, etc.
